Texas Home Improvement solicited us via door to door sales. Usually I listen and turn such sales folks away. But we'd had enough storms that I listened closer this time. I'm glad I did. Our Owens-Corning roof looks great. Really, our neighbors watched it go up quickly and were amazed at the custom color perfectly matching the house colors. It's got a lifetime warranty - well 50 years. Quick teardown with a big crew, and 2 days to install, really long days. Good cleanup and hauling off old roofing. Three years later and they've come by to check the work and do some minor repairs, free since it's under warranty. You can get a roof cheaper for sure, and then get another new one in 7 years, and continue that cycle. With Texas heat and hailstorm, quality products, installation and warranty will keep our roof looking great. And yes I'm the homeowner, not a paid reviewer!

The remodeling crew displayed excellent problem solving skills. Our windows and siding made a huge difference in our electricity bill; it was put through the test during the winter storm that we experienced in February 2021.

I had Texas Home Improvement replace the 1979-vintage composite siding on my one-story house in November 2020. The team provided good communications before, during, and after the project. The work crew completed the job on schedule and cleaned up well afterwards. I like the solid construction of the new siding and the color and sound-dampening properties of the paint. I look forward to many years of protection for my home.

Texas Home Improvement was a wonderful company to work with. From the first knock at the door through a return visit eight months later to be sure everything was still satisfactory, every person I encountered--salespeople, office staff and painters-- was very professional, friendly and quick to respond. The work was done well, on time, in an unobstructive way. The crew, when finished, did a thorough cleanup of the premises and I was left with a beautiful "new" home.

I told Brandon I had to have the job done by Monday, March 25th. The crew was here early on Monday. They removed the old shingles and underlayment. The replaced defective decking, laid down the protective sheeting, and installed new high quality shingles with ridge venting. All was accomplished by 5 PM. They also painted all the vents and roof jacks they had replaced. I am very pleased with the job. They cleaned up all the debris before they left It is now 2 1/4 years after they put on a new roof and installed new windows. Their rep stopped by to see if we are satisfied and if everything was in good condition. That is what I call great service.

I chose Texas Home Improvement for my roofing, gutters, and lifetime external paint products. They walked me through the process from start to finish. The work staff was professional and courteous. I plan to to have my home for many years and they were a good fit for my home projects.

They replaced my roof. They said the roof was guaranteed for 50 years and i could transfer it to the next owner. The did good work it took 2 days to complete. JR helped me with the paperwork for the insurance company so my payments would go down. The roof still looks good after a year. I would recommend them to other people.

We used TX Home Improvement to install a large pavilion and pergola with two fans on our patio. Honestly, their two installers did the best job I have ever seen. Complete installation in two days of a custom fit 14*30 foot structure. These guys knew exactly what they were doing and it showed. After a year, zero issues with their work. I cannot recommend this firm too highly. They did a terrific job in a timely manner.

My wife and I were introduced to Texas Home Improvement 5 years ago when we needed our sliding patio door replaced. The sales representative was very professional and honest. The price was right so we moved forward with the patio door replacement and I am glad we did. Each step of the process was explained and a timeline was given. The installation team was on time and professional. The job was completed on time, within the budget quoted and it was completed correctly. While on the roof to install Christmas lights this past Christmas (2020), I noticed the decking seemed a bit spongy and a few shingles were missing. My wife and I immediately made the call to Texas Home Improvement. Five years later and the service and professionalism is still top notch. The sales representative came out as scheduled, completed a fair assessment and quote and then scheduled the work. Again, the supplies were delivered and the installation crew arrived on time and the work was completed on time. While working on the roof, we also had new siding and paint quoted. Needless to say, as the roof project wrapped up, the siding project began. All installation teams were professional and kept to their word about the work being performed and the time it would take to complete. After each project (and daily before leaving for the day) each crew was very meticulous about clearing the trash from our property. Texas Home Improvement has treated us well these past 5 years and we will not hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them to anyone looking for someone to complete home improvements. A big thank you to John Estrada with Texas Hime Improvement. He kept us informed about our latest projects and definitely made things run smoothly. He truly loves what he does for Texas Home Improvement and it shows!

Texas Home Improvement handled all my home repairs, so I didn't have to shop for multiple contractors... very convenient. They thoroughly explained the details of the repairs and how they follow the manufacturer's installation policies to insure my warranty. They installed my siding and roof quickly, correctly and did a great job. The few miscommunications were all solved in my favor. The salesman, work crews and managers are a great bunch of guys... I have no complaints.

We recently had hardie plank siding installed and painted on our home which included all replacement of rot. We are extremely pleased with Texas Home Improvement. It was a big investment for us, and a big job, and we did not go with the lowest bid, so I expected excellence and they truly delivered. JR the Production manager visited with us prior to the installation addressing our questions and concerns. He said he would take care of us and he did. Sergio and his crew were wonderful. They were attentive, respectful and worked quickly and professionally and when I asked for minor changes accommodated with a smile. JR stopped by several times during the week as did Ryan, the salesman, to view the progress. In the final walk through with JR I pointed a few areas where I felt needed improvement, he pointed a few out to me, and he made sure they were all addressed to my satisfaction sending out a “detail” person. I have been told in the past nothing is perfect in the construction world, and that may be so, but this is close as you can get. This is truly one of the best experiences we have had with a contractor from sales to finish. And I think my home looks amazing!!!!

The staff from start to finish were professional and people friendly. You had the feeling that they listen and care about what you wanted. Anthony took time and explain what was to be expected before the job start and what was expected midway and finish. We were made aware of the staff, that would be working on the project and who would be performing the final inspection. Ran and his team were awesome. Mindful of detail and our need to know what his team were doing. Awesome job!!! Cesar and Luis and the team were also awesome. They communicated what was about to take place and what we could expect. The job was completed in a timely manner. Final inspection was completed by J.R.. He took his time doing a thorough inspection of all areas of the home. He check to verify our satisfaction, even though everything check out on his side of the spectrum. We are please with the entire job. Our home looks great!!! A gentleman stopped by my mom’s house last week to talk to her about siding and scheduled an appointment. Next thing, Chris Sosa shows up and because of his professionalism, presentation, and being a down to earth guy, my mom not only agreed to repair siding, she is also getting a screened-in rear porch with a fan, and her shed redone. She has lived in her home that was built in 1974 for 23 years, and she could not be more excited to work with Chris and J.R., and to see the final outcome. There is no hidden costs, no trying to get over on you, and most importantly you understand why redoing your home is actually a financial gain. You don’t just get a presentation on why you should hire them, you also get financial suggestions and these guys honestly try and help you.

These folks came door-to-door to offer a siding estimate. We were needing siding since ours had been in bad shape for a long time, so welcomed the free estimate. But we wouldn’t have been able to do anything unless it could be financed. We ended up being able to get new siding and also the roof that was sorely in need of replacement all in one affordable financing offer. We got Hardie Plank siding, Cool Wall paint, and a 50-year Owens-Corning roof. All of which are supposed to last so that we never have to deal with redoing them again! Every person we dealt with throughout the process was incredible, friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. The siding estimate was given on Thursday evening, we were approved for financing that night. Work started the next Tuesday. Confirmed the need for the roof that day, got the estimate to add that job to the financing and scheduled it to be done as soon as the siding was finished. Siding and painting took 5 days including a half day lost to thunderstorms. The roof was done in 2 days. So we basically got a brand new exterior for our house in 7 days! We would wholeheartedly recommend Texas Home Improvement and in fact have already passed their contact info to a couple of friends needing estimates for their houses.

We hired Texas Home Improvement to replace our siding. They were on time, did high quality work, and cleaned up all the mess. It was a major repair and upgrade, not cheap, but we felt we were in good hands With Texas Home Improvement. They responded quickly to my questions and concerns. I would have given them more stars, however the service after taking my check is lacking. They left paint cans in my back yard and both my driveway and back deck were a mess that I have to power wash. Not to mention the mess they left of the Spectrum cable box and lines. The storm doors they re-attached don't work and I will probably have to have them rehung. The Manager dropped by moments ago and took car of the paint and will work with me on new storm doors. All is good.

My experience with the outcome is much more than satisfactory. J R and Roberto were prompt and professional. Any issues I brought to their attention were addressed and solved quickly. J R has great understanding and knowledge of the work, is able to explain it to me. Roberto is excellent at getting the job done, both by direction and personal ability. I could not ask for a better team.

Outstanding Customer Service. They were able to properly set expectations with how the process was going to go and stayed in constant contact throughout. They replaced our Roof. Everyone from the Sales Consultant that came out to the site Foreman, the roofing crew, and the walk thru inspection was professional, polite, and punctual. I had the premium siding hardie board installed and just a superior job was done. In addition the warranty and cool paint is worth every investment (lifetime). I will never have to be worried about the exterior of my home again, this bringing me so much happiness. The installers and production manager were incredibly professional and always assuring me that if there was the smallest issue I may have had, it received their fullest attention. We were initially approached by Texas Home Improvement about our roof, which had missing shingles and signs of water damage. They were able to diagnose and replace our roof with a quality product that will last the life of the house. Any problems encountered were addressed and fixed to our satisfaction in a quick and timely manner. We were so pleased with the roof replacement that we also went through them for our exterior home paint and siding repaired. During the inspection for the painting we saw some hardy planks that were cracked and they were able to replace them before painting. There was a miscommunication with a work order for a paint color, but it again was addressed quickly and correctly. Every concern was addressed down to the tiniest detail. Everyone was friendly, extremely professional and trustworthy. We will be using them again in the future for further exterior home improvements, such as gutters and windows. They are the kind of people that you feel comfortable having in your home.

A young lady from Texas Home Improvement knocked on our door "selling" painting your home. Although you are always very leery of people knocking on our door selling, she was so pleasant and knowledgeable that we agreed to setting an appointment for further discussion about work needing to be done and costs. The gentlemen that came out were very thorough about their product and their work. The job entailed replacing rotting wood behind gutters, painting and replacing gutters. The job was completed in a timely manner. For many years my job was in "quality control" so I am very particular about workmanship. I was pleased with the results. The workers that came out to do the job were very professional - knew their jobs, pleasant to work with, and neat in appearance. It was not an inexpensive job but you get what you pay for.
